Nick is an enthusiastic leadership coach with extensive experience of working in corporate environments. He has coached a diverse international client base, ranging from graduates to senior managers and executives in global organisations. During the past ten years he has worked with Cranfield Management School on leadership and management development programmes. Nick’s wide ranging experience, training and credentials as a senior executive and professional coach enable him to readily connect with his clients’ challenges and to support them in realising their leadership potential.

Nick is a Master Certified Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation. He has delivered leadership coach training and executive coaching to senior managers in a number of large companies, including BT, Network Rail, Sight Concern, Fonterra, Royal Bank of Scotland, the Civil Service and NHS.

Nick specialises in career coaching, taking pride in supporting people through career and life transitions. He aims to make the coaching process enjoyable and fun whilst creating a context of rich personal learning to enable his clients to identify and achieve their personal and career goals.
